I would like to define additional cursors to be used by my NeWS application.
After reading the mkiconfont(1) I have some idea of how to proceed. 
Some questions I have are:

	1) Is there a OpenWindows tool for editing the cursors? In particular,
	   how is the "hot-spot" selected?

	2) Is there a preferred method for generating cursor masks?

	3) Is there an easier/newer method than described in mkiconfont(1)?
	   The current method looks painful.
