Does anyone know of a way to move a window or frame to the FRONT,
in other words, on top of all other icons/windows?

I found a WIN_FRONT attribute in the xview/window.h include file, but
it wasn't mentioned in O'Reilly, and xv_setting it to TRUE only caused
the program to crash.

Any suggestions?
