Hi,

I was wondering how I could change the login background which appears
on the "default" DEC-window configuration.  It would be nice to replace
it with a more interesting bitmap.  Unfortunately, I do not have all the
DEC manauals so I can't look the information up.  Please e-mail any
responses. My apologies if this question has been asked many times 
before.
