Somewhat undecided. :-)  We intend to videotape the PEX tutorial, and
audio tape the Widget Internals and Server Internals tutorials and
all of the talks.  Hopefully we will make copies available at roughly
a break-even cost, with the proceedings and tutorial notes (for just
those tutorials) included.  We haven't made a decision yet on whether
we'll offer just the proceedings alone.
