The article is a little too long to post completely, and I'm not one
who does excerpts well and keep a story intact.  So that leaves me
with a couple of choices...

1.  Photocopy the 4 pages and smail them to ya   (most likely)
2.  Make my fingers do some typing (don't have access to a scanner)
    and roll them up into a zipped file which you or anyone else
    could download or freq  (possible but not likely)

For everyone else if you would like to have a photocopy of the article
send me a SSAE and I'll make the copies on my dime.
