You have to release the brakes, becouse you want the back wheels to roll 
in.  and remember you want the peddles on folded forward so they can be 
used as leverage.  Good luck.  
As far as the van, I just sold one with 130k oit and it was running 
great.  But I admit, the possiblity of a failure had me selling it.
