Thanks, John, for the subway and theater info in New York. I have availd mys3lf of the "chair and another person" idea at Kennedy Center, where the tickets are half price, and they have set aside a very limited number of wheelchair space in certain boxes. The porgram is run by Frieds of Kennedy Center, and they assign you a nujmber that lets you charge tickets by phone. The main requirement is that you must order half price tickets before the run of the show begins. Once the show starts, kyou can only get half price tickets the day of the performance, which for a wheelchair person would not be a vlery good gamble. Have you tried this? Regards, Harry. -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!261!1000!John.Lynch Internet: John.Lynch@f1000.n261.z1.fidonet.org
