Hi Steve; Well I am sory I don't have contact information, but companies
such as Plantronics in New Jampshire can custom make a headset like
that.
they take a while, but they do it.
Another suggestion is that if the person needs it for his/her job, if
there vendor of tape equipment I am assuming a dictation situation, is
wanting to keep them happy, you can usually take a dictation headset and
disassemble it quite easily and put in it the pieces you want such as
two earphones insetad of one.
