Much of the equipment in the National Braille and Technology Center was donated. Some equipment was purchased with funds raised from our members and from general fund-raising cmapaigns. As to who can use the Center, how much and for what purposes, I can't make an authoratative statement as I have not started the job yet. I would think that anyone could visit the Center, talk to us, and see the equipment. As for long-term use, there are likely to be some requirements. We for example wouldn't let in ACB members to print anti NFB literature on our equipment. Yes, that is a silly example, but you get the idea. David Andrews ...
