Ralston-Purina will then send them coupon books for $1.50 each coupon, off the price of a bag of dog food. Interested dog guide handlers can call them toll free at 1-800-851-3148. When you run out of coupons you can call to obtain more. I called this number last night and got a recording that the office was closed, however, it did sound like (from the recording) that the offer still stands. Since the memo is dated 12/7/89, if anybody calls and finds out different information, or that the program has changed or stopped, please let me know.
