I'll pass them on. I've ordered SmartTerm and am waiting for it to come in. I'm gonna send Reflections II back. It's just not worth all the trouble to get it talking. I've spent a little over 15 hours with eyeballs close at hnd trying to install it and make it talk. When I've called the Technical Support, it takes 24 to 48 hours to get my call returned.
