	Thanks to all those people who sent or tried to send copies of the
September CNEWS patches.  I now have all the patches,  so there is know need
for anybody else to respond.

PS.
	For those who noted the lack of a Reply-To field in original request,
thanks for pointing this out,  I've now fixed this as you may note.
