My site has just joined the Internet.  My primary machine is a VAX/VMS system.
I'm looking at various NNTP news readers/servers such as ANU NEWS and VNEWS.
Are there any Internet or Bitnet sites that have some type of server to
re-mail newsgroups?  I am trying to see if it is possible to receive
netnews without geting an NNTP news feed.  I am aware of the newsgroups that
are distributed to both usenet and Internet.

Also, are there any sites which will convert mail input into newsgroups?
such as mailing to news.software.nntp.usenet@somplace.somedomain
will relay the mail to netnews?
