It's listed in their Telecommunications Device Data book on page 2-540. The part is a 14 pin dip. It requires an external colorburst crystal and a 1meg resistor. All you do is pump your signal in one pin and you get a 4-bit binary code and a data valid signal. Dead easy ... Can't go wrong. Marshall Boss
