They're an excellent mail-order electronics parts supplier -
all new, not surplus.  Panasonic "Gold Capacitors" (described
as "wet-type electric double-layer capacitors") are on page
118 of the current catalog (cat. no. 911, Jan.-Feb. 1991)
The 0.047 farad, 5.5 VDC units are $6.25 each.  The internal
resistance for this one is listed as 30 ohms.
