	I know that R-E or P-E had a baseband video to RGB convertor in
one of their mags in '90.  Has anyone ever seen (or know how to build) an
S-VHS to RGB convertor?  I'd like to be able to hook my S-VHS VCR up to my
Multisync monitor (yes, it does 15.75 kHz NTSC) and I thought "Why not use
the S-VHS port if I can?".  Yes, I actually said that to myself :-)
