The file gbseq.all.oldfea.Z in the directory pub/db/gb-newdata of our
ftp area on genbank.bio.net [134.172.1.160] will be deleted a week
from today, 25 Jan.  This file contains updates in old feature table
format since the close of data for release 65, the previous GenBank
release (most current rel. is 66).  If anyone still has need of this
file, please pick it up soon before we clean it up to free disk space.
