If you mean the IJCNN-91-Seattle meeting (July 8-12) then the deadline for
submission of complete papers is February 1, 1991 (they must be received
by this date). The contact is Sarah Eck, University of Washington Conference 
Management (206)543-0888. If you need a copy of the call for papers, just 
contact me by email and I'll send you what I have by fax.
