 Hi:
    Could someone give me the details for sending a paper to IJCNN on:
   (1) whether it should be a paper/brief paper/abstract (size...)
   (2) the address to which they should be sent
   (3) # of copies to be sent
    I would greatly appreciate a quick response as the deadline is 
 closing in very fast.
