I know I shouldn't nit-pick, but... :-) I will nit-pick a nit-picker :-) If you read _Sunburst:_The_Ascent_of_Sun_Microsystems_ (by Hall & Barry) I think you'll find that while no one will explicitly admit it, there is a feeling that S.U.N. stands for Stanford University Network, which is what Andy Bechtolsheim built his computer for.
