If not, what can I do? Get and install RCS 5.5 and GNU diff 1.15 (anonymous FTP from prep.ai.mit.edu in pub/gnu/rcs-5.5.tar.Z and pub/gnu/diff-1.15.tar.Z). Unlike RCS 4.2 and RCS 4.3, RCS 5.5 generates RCS files that older versions of RCS can read (and vice versa).
