Last month I pulled RCS43X out of c.b.i.p.  The documentation 
said there was source code to go with it.  Was this included in 
the package?  If not, where can I get it?  I need it to be mailed 
to me or let me know where there is a mail server that I can pull 
it off of.  

I also need a copy of GNU diff.  If this is distributable could 
someone please send me a copy?
