I *think* graphics workshop handles that format, but I'm not sure.  I don't 
currently have it on my harddrive, and my floppies are currently in a    
haphazard order (anyone wanna donotate $50 so I can get enought floppies to
get organized?? :-).

Anyway, graphics workshop shoule be on simtel20/wuarchive in the appopriate
msdos/graphics directory.
