I am looking for the following executables for my 386 PC.  I would really
appreciate it if anyone can tell me where I can ftp these exe's from!

NDMAKE - Version 4.5 or newer.  Specifically, I need MAKE45L.EXE.
UNSHAR
SHAR
BISON - YACC like program.
FLEX - LEX like program.
