Message-ID: <4238@mentor.cc.purdue.edu> Date: 22 Jan 91 19:23:18 GMT Reply-To: lairdkb@mentor.cc.purdue.edu (Kyler Laird) Organization: Purdue University Lines: 11 I need to go study some solid info - I've misinterpreted way too much about Ethernet cabling. I have been informed that thin ethernet can't terminate at a wall jack then connect to a terminator/ethernet card. (Although someone else did try it. Makes me feel better!) I was avoiding 10baseT due to the expense of the hub (?). Looks like a much better option now. Thanks for the help. More comments are welcome! --kyler
