This has got to be one of the worst deals I've ever heard of if true. $545 for a trade in???? I can buy a new V.32 modem for about that price and still keep my old modem. And I'm sure that V.32bis modems will also soon be in that price range as soon as a couple more vendors announce product. Sheese, if they want people to switch to their modems they're going to have to do *A LOT* better than this! Casey
