TURN OFF MNP! This is what causes the modem error, the majority of the time. Once you're in CCM, set: AT~S51=2S66=1S95=0 This sets NO MNP and a locked interface of 2400 bps. S50=3 (V.22bis-2400 bps ONLY) may not be needed. Add this to the above string if it is needed due to more modem errors. This set-up worked for me, but I was very disillusioned by the quality of Prodigy. I'm having an easier time convincing my computer banking service to go V.32 than getting a hold of anyone who'll listen at Prodigy.
