They finally admited that I was right and that the 1+ was billing at Telecom*USA rates. That was about one week ago. It is now three weeks and one day since I first called after receiving the invoice ... no credit yet. I still have not recive the invoice date 1/1/91. They will have to rerate it and the bill for Jan 91 (2/1/91).
