Are ther any universities which allow you to do your course work
on your own for a Ph.D program till the thesis and admit you for
Ph.D for doing the thesis alone. That is, are there any exams like
Ph.D - thesis qualifying which I can take and go directly to doing
thesis. Does anybody have any information on this. If you have can
you please post some information on this newsgroup.
