This has been probably asked and answered ad nauseum, but where is the latest
and greatest Emacs for the IBM RS/6000?  Is there a list of changes that I
can view so that an emacs neophyte like me can install the program?

We're interested in an X-based editor, and I've heard that emacs could be the
thing I'm looking for (I'm not a big vi fan).
