I have been trying to install a Versatec driver for DVI files. This driver is a part of the TeX distribution. It uses *.*pxl font files and I have been trying to make these fonts from corresponding *.mf files. Incidentally I am using the utilities provided by Karl Berry in TeX/tex82/TeXcontrib/sauter. After making the *.mf files, whenever I run a shellscript `make_gf_files' which takes these *.mf files and makes *.gf files, I get the error message : cmmf: Command not found. This is because of a statement in the script : cmmf '\batchmode;mode:=;input cmr12' Does anyone know what 'cmmf' is and where I can find it? Another related comment in a different shellscript is : set program = cmmf # Assume cmbase preloaded If anyone has any suggestions please send them to me by E-mail. Many thanks in advance. - Shekhar Borde alpha@hubcap.clemson.edu
