Does anyone have a list of names & number for companies which publish CD-ROM?
I have Nimbus Information Systems, but I wish to price-shop for the best deal.
Nimbus will give me 100 CD-ROMs for $1600. This includes the jewel boxes and
2 color artwork, plus the master sitting in their vault. 

I know Sony and Phillips also publish CDs, but I don't know what type of
facilities they work with, or if they'll take an 8mm Extabyte or DAT.
