	Since it is hard to find enough programmer to create a group, 
i have decided to create a mailing-list for BASIC programmer that
i will handle locally. 
	The purpuse of the group is to exchange programming tips for
the BASIC language on personnal computer. There is a lot of nice
and powerful compiler on DOS machine.

	The mailing-list will be unmoderated and i hope that the 
discussion won't go on compiler war.
