In the Elm documentation I see references to a debug option
(-d n) and filename to be used (DEBUGFILE), but I'm not sure
I see how to enable this option.  During the configure, the
only reference to debug that I saw was for setting the C
compiler flags.  Is this how the Elm -d option is enabled?
If not, how do I set this option?
