He has written about it in both cover stories and shorter pieces. In the California Legislature, bills were introduced to curtain landlords using databases to discriminate against "undesirable" tenants (i.e., those who complained about maintenance, illegal rent hikes, etc.). The bills were passed but enforcement remains difficult. I'm glad you're so ethical, Iain, or out of touch. It makes you a better person. Bob Jacobson
