	Has the ``IEEE'' thought about setting up an ftp site containing an
	index or list of contents of alls its journals on the Internet ?
	(Having the abstracts would be -* even  nicer *-, laws permitting)

	Or maybe making the information available on optical media or 
	mag. tape.  

	Does anybody have any thoughts on this ?
