Gee,  I wish I could take credit for the tutorial, but John Nall was
the person who wrote the tutorial.  I merely made some minor corrections
and sent them to John. Although I haven't extracted the tutorial
from the archives recently, evidently my name is somehow embedded
as the writer. Maybe John can correct the archive copy.
