I also got CLAM141 from PIGGY and had only one small problem that
in 3.1.0 termcap there is no entry for nd. I supplied it and CLAM
works (so far) without problems.

I tried the source of less for minix, some weeks ago in comp.os.minix.
You have to do some modifications (ESCAPE-Codes) but it works and
compiles without problems.
