Is anyone familiar with the protection mechanisms available in the
following Graphical User Interface (GUI) spreadsheets?

	Wingz
	Lotus 1-2-3 v3.1
	Excel

By protection mechanisms I mean facilities to allow formulas, macros,
etc. to be protected from any tampering, while still allowing the user
to change values in data cells.
