While writing a large (30 MByte) file to an NFS host from a 386 clone,
I get that obnoxious "Drive not ready: Abort, Retry, or Fail" prompt.
Retrying continues the write.

Since my application requires unattended operation, this is a major
disaster.

2 questions:

	1) Is the timeout coming from PC-NFS, MSDOS, or BIOS?

	2) Can this be fixed?
