I was wondering if there is a spread sheet program out there that allows macros to be source code (preferably a modern laguage (Ada, C++, C, or Pascal). Or alternatively a spread sheet whose source is public domain. The spreadsheet has to run on a IBM AT compatible under MSDOS. I want to interface a spread sheet application to external hardware (for estimating). If it is a large name spread sheet I can get my work to get it for me, otherwise I will be buying it myself (so cost may be important). Surely someone out there has come across such a need, so if you have any ideas please respond by E-mail because I do not read all of the newsgroups that I am posting this to.
