The original source to this device control program running
on an XT has been long lost and it *desperately* needs to be
updated.

What are the tools of choice for converting the .exe file into
some semblance of high-level language given the fact that 
a particular compiler (Microsoft C v5) was originally used
to create it?

Any help would be much appreciated.
