Can anyone point me to sources for the ANL (Argonne National Laboratory)
macros as described in "Portable Programs for Parallel Processors", by Lusk,
Ewing et al, Holt, Rinehart & Winston, 1987?  <Wildly hopeful...> How about an
implementation for SunOS 4.1 using the threads library?  OK, OK, any
implementation on Suns...?
