It appears to have an RS-232C interface except, pins 3,4,7,11,20 are used in the interface; according to my documentation on RS-232C, pin 11 is not used normally. I tried connecting it to a normal RS-232 serial port and sent it a barrage of characters at various speeds with no luck; all I could get it to do is spit several sheets of paper through the sheet feeder. The printer has _no_ dip switches of any kind on it to set serial interface parameters, so my first guess was 9600,7,1,e -- nothing. All other combinations of serial settings yielded nothing except more spent pages through the sheet feeder. If anyone has any information on this printer I would be more than willing to pay copying & shipping costs. If not, it looks like I am the proud owner of a 65lb boat anchor in a soundproof box...
