I am preparing a new graduate level cis course entitled "Upper
Layer Protocols" using -The Open Book- by Marshall
Rose as a text.  Apart from trying to gather copies of ISO standards,
which so far has been difficult, I am interested in finding out
if such a course is being taught elsewhere?  If anyone is interested
in sharing ideas/notes that would go into this course, please
