Does anyone have any detailed information about the following

a) IBM/Yale Extended INT 14 BIOS interface?

b) IBM Asynchronous Communications Server (ACS) interface

or

c) IBM Asynchronous Communicications Device Interface (part of DCA OS/2
   communications server?)

I am trying to implement both serial applications which use these interfaces
and network simulators which will allow applications which use these interfaces
to run on other lans.
