Note that Assigned Numbers actually specifies the TOS values. In terms of installed base, V2.05 of PC/TCP (out since 10/90) conforms to RFC 1060 on TOS for Telnet, FTP, SMTP, Rlogin and DNS lookups. So do programs which use high-level Telnet, Rlogin & FTP libraries from v2.05 of our Developer's Kit. James B.
