I called that number (long distance from here!) and was directed to dial a new number. This number has an answering machine which asks for your name and address so Lotus can send you a 'name removal kit'. The number is (800) 688-8320 Isn't Lotus wonderful. They include your name without asking permission, then make you fill out a bunch of paperwork to get your name removed. (Note: I would NOT give them your Soc. Sec. number). Richard (rlg@desktalk.com)
