further information on the possibility of an update to the Traconex (PSTI)
firmware to handle the new WWV/WWVH data bits (last two digits of the year,
leap second warning, leap second direction, and daylight savings warning.)

I do.

I've been asked by Traconex to estimate the cost of a firmware update.  The
work will take a few months.  If you are interested in alpha/beta test, or in
a production release update, tell me; I'll forward your interest to Traconex.
I CANNOT GIVE YOU FREE PRODUCTION RELEASE UPDATES.  I'll ask Bob Young if Tra-
conex would like me to handle firmware support and updates for y'all.

The changes to the firmware are non-trivial.  Then again, so am I.

If anyone sees Dennis Ferguson, would you ask him to give me my clock back?
