This is a retry since our mailer here has been very problematic.
I'm having difficulty figuring out how to set up a panel of buttons
(ideally icons), and then being able to switch one panel for another in
the same locations.  Any ideas?  Are there any layout classes that are
robust? (I tried without success to use the palette class, which seems
to be possibly what I'm looking for).  Thanks very much for any help.
